Terms of Service

Ri'SERVE is source-to-sale operations software for businesses that produce and sell: procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, retail outlets, and B2B buyer management in one connected system.

Ri'SERVE is operated by Ridrippin Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Chennai, India.

• You need an account to use the Service; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Paid plans and billing terms are described on our Pricing page and any order form you agree to.
• Features may be added, changed, or retired as the product evolves; we will give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.
• We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the operational data (batches, transfers, sales) your team enters into the Service.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.

• We can change or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.
• We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other customers.
• We own all intellectual property in the platform; you retain ownership of the operational data you enter.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind beyond what is stated in your order form. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any specific business outcome or result
• Compatibility with every third-party hardware or system you may use

You use the Service at your own risk, subject to any service-level terms in your order form.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ri'SERVE and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed order form, our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
