We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what your team enters while running Ri'SERVE.

• Account and contact information: your name, work email, company name, and phone number
• Operational data entered into the product: production batches, transfers, stock levels, orders, and sales events across your chain
• Usage data: how your team interacts with the product, so we can fix issues and improve it

We do not collect payment card details directly; those are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our servers.

We use this data only to:

• Operate your account and run the product features you rely on
• Send important account, billing, and product updates
• Provide support when you contact us
• Improve reliability and build the features operators ask for

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share anonymized, aggregated data (for example, overall adoption trends across customers) with partners or investors to show demand, but never in a way that identifies you or your business personally.

We use trusted service providers (for example, email delivery and analytics tools) to run the product and send updates; they are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for our purposes.

• All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
• Access is limited to team members who need it to operate and support the product
• We regularly review our security practices
• We comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU users and similar standards globally)

You can:

• Ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time (write to hello@riserve.ai, or see our Data Deletion page)
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails (link in every message)
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you

We will respond to such requests within 30 days (usually much faster).

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves and we introduce new features. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the new version here with an updated “last updated” date.
