Right now, we only collect the information you voluntarily provide when you join our waitlist:
- Your email address
- What kind of service business you run (e.g., salon, gym, clinic, etc.)
- Number of locations
- Your biggest current challenge (optional)
We do not collect any sensitive personal information, payment details, or business financial data during this waitlist phase.
2. How we use your information
We use this data only to:
- Send you important updates about the beta launch and when your access spot is ready
- Understand which types of service businesses are most interested (so we can build features you care about)
- Improve our communication and prioritize early access invites
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Who we share data with
We may share anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., “40% of waitlist members run salons”) with potential investors or partners to show demand | but never in a way that identifies you personally.
We use trusted service providers (e.g., email delivery tools like Mailchimp or Resend) to send updates | they are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for our purposes.

- Access is limited to our small founding team

You can:
- Ask us to delete your waitlist information at any time (just reply to any email or write to hello@riserve.ai)
- Unsubscribe from future emails (link in every message)
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
We will respond to such requests within 30 days (usually much faster).

We may update this Privacy Policy as we move from waitlist to full launch and begin collecting more data through the app. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the new version here with an updated “last updated” date.
