Delete Your Data

Depending on how you have interacted with Ri'SERVE, we may hold the following information about you:

• Your email address
• Your name (if provided)
• Business type and size information provided during waitlist sign-up
• Any optional responses you submitted (e.g., current challenges)
• Account information if you have created a Ri'SERVE account

If you signed in via a third-party service (e.g., Facebook / Meta Login), we may also hold the limited profile information that was shared at the time of login, such as your name and email address.

To request that we delete your personal data, please send an email to:

Please include the following in your email:

• The email address associated with your account or waitlist entry
• A brief description of what you would like deleted (e.g., all data, waitlist entry only)

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to ensure we only delete data belonging to you.

• We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your verified request
• We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete
• Any anonymized or aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for analytical purposes

If you used a third-party login (such as Facebook / Meta) to access Ri'SERVE, deleting your data from our systems will not automatically revoke that third-party app's permissions. To fully remove access:

• For Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites and remove Ri'SERVE from the list

You should also contact any third-party services directly if you wish to delete data held by them independently.
